Establishing a successful operation and effectively condensing internal resources is the main driving force for the ATI. At the ATI, the authority of each unit is recognized in order to maximize its efficiency and the sharing of resources.
I n accordance with the Organization Law of the Aviation Training Institute, the ATI is entitled to have 25 to 36 staff, including one director, one deputy director, one section chief in each of the four sections (Educational Affairs Section, Simulation and Retraining Section, Training and development Section, and General Affairs Section) 2 senior staff, 6-10 instructors, 1-2 technical staff members, 2-6 staff members, 4-6 technical assistants, 2 office assistants, 1 personnel staff and 1 accountant.
