In this diversified society where knowledge accumulates rapidly and technology is renewed every day, substantial development of professional knowledge, humanistic compositions and living skills are top priorites for the government's training agencies.
Upholding this belief, the Aviation Training Institute (ATI) gradually and actively blueprints the guidelines for training civil aviation staff, from technological courses such as air traffic control and air navigation aids to other administrative management and even the life-planning courses. The ATI also tries to collaborate with schools and other institutes to discover the interests of the students in aviation knowledge and extend the contacts for accessing other training resources.

Along with its efforts to cultivate professional skills, the ATI simultaneously upgrades its teaching facilities in an attempt to provide the most effective training in the most suitable learning environment.
In addition, in our efforts to implement information technology systems, the ATI actively systemizes training information and builds up our teaching resources in a World Wide Web environment to provide fast and comprehensive learning.
As the role of the government in the 21st Century is diversified, creating an administrative organization with enhanced and updated techniques, education and innovations plays an important role as well.
Only through consistent schooling can the nation keep up with the rest of the world and the present knowledge-based economy. Intensive and continuous training is the only effective way to cultivate professional civil aviation personnel who can provide high-quality service and adapt to a new era.
As such, the ATI endeavors to establish a large-scale international civil aviation training center which integrates domestic training resources to accomplish its various objectives. The ATI is expected to combine various professional resources, develop multiple education channels, and fulfill a sustainable learning ideal to reach the goal of nurturing civil aviation experts.
